Calif. Court Revives $6M Plane Suit V. Boeing, Others

Law360, New York (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California appeals court has reversed the dismissal of a $6 million product liability lawsuit brought by a Spanish airline and several insurers against Boeing Co. and others, ruling that time that elapsed while the case was removed to federal court does not apply to a three-year deadline to try the case in state court.
