UK Appeals Court To Hear Landmark RBS Libor Swaps Suit

Law360, New York (June 5, 2017, 2:32 PM EDT) -- London's Court of Appeal has agreed to review a landmark swaps misselling case against The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC over Libor rigging after a trial judge rejected Property Alliance Group Ltd.'s wide-ranging suit.

The High Court refused the Manchester-based property company's bid to appeal the decision in January, saying that PAG's challenges focused on findings of fact rather than legal issues.
