Macy's Sues Burlington, Ex-Exec. Over Trade Secrets

By Christine Powell (June 6, 2017, 4:55 PM EDT) -- Macy's Inc. accused its rival Burlington Stores Inc. and one of its former executive vice presidents in Ohio federal court Monday of taking confidential and proprietary trade secret information that provides a valuable commercial advantage in the competitive retail industry.

Macy's sued Burlington Stores and Kristen Cox, the former executive vice president and regional director of stores for the north central region.
