Power Cos. Lose Fee Recovery Bid In Spent Nuke Fuel Case

Law360, New York (June 7, 2017, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A pair of power companies lost their second attempt to recover Nuclear Regulatory Commission fees when the U.S. Court of Federal Claims found that their claim that the fees were tied to the federal government’s failure to remove spent nuclear fuel from their facilities had already been rejected.
