Law360, Philadelphia (June 9, 2017, 11:18 AM EDT) -- Former Pennsylvania state Treasurer Barbara Hafer pled guilty Friday to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Internal Revenue Service, avoiding a trial that was set to begin Monday.

Appearing in court in Harrisburg on Friday, Hafer, 73, entered a guilty plea before U.S. District Judge John E.
