Law360, New York (June 19, 2017, 12:29 PM EDT) -- Approximately one year after the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) issued a number of new and wide-ranging regulations, many of which governed harassment training programs and policies, the DFEH issued guidance on May 2, 2017, providing recommended practices to employers for preventing and addressing workplace harassment.
