Kickback Suit Against Fla. Anesthesiologists Dismissed

Law360, Miami (June 15, 2017, 8:32 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge said Wednesday that the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists will have one more chance to amend its federal False Claims Act suit accusing several anesthesia providers of running a physician kickback scheme, after he dismissed its claims for lacking necessary specificity.
