Law360, New York (June 16, 2017, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Challenges to the Obama administration’s efforts to curb greenhouse gas emissions have been largely put on hold amid a potential regulatory rollback by President Donald Trump, but climate change still figures prominently in ongoing energy-related litigation, from fights over the U.S. Department of Energy’s approval of liquefied natural gas exports to states handing out subsidies for nuclear power plants to help meet carbon emissions reduction goals.
