Law360 (March 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In “Reductions-In-Force: Best Practices” (Employment Law 360, Jan. 27, 2009), authors Jonathan C. Wilson and John M. Farrell of Haynes and Boone LLP state:

“It is ... imperative to perform a statistical impact study once preliminary decisions are made. This study should be part of the oversight review, before final implementation. ...
