Law360, New York (June 15, 2017, 6:57 PM EDT) -- Zero-emissions technology provider Adomani Inc. listed Thursday on the Nasdaq after it raised $9.2 million through a so-called Reg A+ offering, a newly created, leaner version of an initial public offering aimed at smaller issuers, becoming the second such company to list on a major exchange.
