Embattled Unified Patent Court Likely Further Delayed

Law360, New York (June 20, 2017, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A German court is weighing an apparent constitutional challenge to national legislation ratifying the European Union’s new Unified Patent Court, which could further delay the long-running effort to set up a single Europe-wide patent system, if not undermine its current form entirely, experts say.
