Sens. Make Plea For Compromise On Patent Reform

Law360 (March 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. Senate panel has urged the opposing factions in the debate over patent reform to work toward a compromise on contentious issues, including damages, saying that only a balanced bill has a chance of becoming law.
