Senate Antitrust Committee To Take Aim At Leegin

Law360 (March 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Senate Judiciary subcommittee has announced it will consider tougher pricing and competition policies — including a bill that would reinstate vertical price-fixing bans — in an effort to aid consumers and companies as the financial crisis takes its toll.
