Antitrust Experts Condemn Proposed Wright Deal

Law360 (August 30, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the latest swipe over a proposed bill that would eliminate flight restrictions at Dallas Love Field airport, a group of antitrust scholars is railing against the legislation, arguing in a letter to congressional leaders on Tuesday that repealing the Wright Amendment could result in higher fares and reduced service for customers.
