Pipeline Repair Patent Invalid By Prior Use: Fed. Circ.

Law360 (March 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a ruling invalidating a patent held by Clock Spring LP for methods used to repair damaged high-pressure gas pipes, giving a win to Wrapmaster Inc., which had been accused of infringement.
