Blue Cross Settlement With NJ Docs To Get 2nd Look

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court has agreed to remand for review a settlement that resolved a class action accusing health care insurer Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of defrauding physicians in the state after a dissenting group of doctors claimed the deal was “illusory” and associated attorneys' fees “grossly excessive.”
