Bill Aims To Fund Offshore Renewable Energy Efforts

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As plans to explore offshore oil and gas energy resources come closer to reality, a California congresswoman has proposed handing out grants to states to fund the development of alternative, renewable offshore energy resources.
