Chevron Wins Ruling Over Tahoe Property Cleanup

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The buyer of a property contaminated by a former Chevron station near Lake Tahoe has failed to convince a judge that the petroleum company breached an environmental cleanup agreement, despite the property owner’s contention that Chevron has not taken appropriate steps to remedy the damage.
