By Carolina Bolado (June 28, 2017, 8:13 PM EDT) -- Florida Senate President Joe Negron, who resigned from his position at Gunster in January after the firm's longtime client stated opposition to one of his top legislative priorities, has joined Akerman LLP's litigation practice in West Palm Beach, the firm announced Wednesday.
Negron, R-Stuart, who represents clients in the health care, insurance, real estate and technology sectors in high-stakes litigation, returns to the firm he left in 2010 when he joined Gunster.
