RIAA Prepares Second Round of Piracy Lawsuits

Law360, New York (October 17, 2003, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Setting the stage for a second round of lawsuits over online music piracy, the Recording Industry Association of America has sent letters to 204 individuals to notify them that they will be sued for copyright infringement, newswires reported on Friday.
