Patriot Strikes Back Against Intel With Counterclaim In Chip Patent Dispute

Law360 (February 12, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Turning up the heat in its litigation against top players in the computer industry over semiconductor clock speeds, Patriot Scientific filed a multiple count counterclaim for damages against chip maker Intel.

The small San Diego company, which employs less than 10 people, filed the counterclaim in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California as part of a response to the lawsuit filed by chip maker.
