Ex-Delphi Director Strikes Deal In SEC Securities Case

Law360 (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Delphi Corp. finance director has reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a suit accusing a slew of the bankrupt auto parts supplier's executives and consultants of securities law violations.

Judge Avern Cohn of the the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on Thursday released Judith Kudla, a former finance director in the information technology department at the Troy, Mich.-based company, from the suit.
