Law360, New York (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has denied a motion by National City Bank, an indenture and property trustee in Enron Corp.'s bankruptcy proceedings, to use its most favored nation status in the case to collect over $50 million in claims from a group of Enron debtors.
