Oil Field Workers Agree To $2.1M Deal In OT Suit

Law360, New York (July 10, 2017, 1:19 PM EDT) -- A class of workers of an oil field services company on Friday agreed to a $2.1 million deal to settle a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action alleging that the company didn’t pay them proper overtime wages.
