Mich. Court Wants Another Look At Atty's Windfall Inheritance

Law360, New York (July 10, 2017, 5:49 PM EDT) -- The Michigan Supreme Court said Friday it wants more information on whether a will drafted by a lawyer for a friend's estate, which left him and his sons around $16 million, should be invalidated over a violation of an attorney conduct rule.
