Realtors Hit With Round 2 Of Misconduct Sanctions

Law360 (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has sanctioned the National Association of Realtors and two other defendants in a protracted Web patent suit that ended in their favor, ordering them to pay nearly $283,000 as a second round of penalties for alleged discovery misconduct.
