Grocers Say Midwest Consumers Can't Prove Antitrust Injury

Law360, New York (July 13, 2017, 6:23 PM EDT) -- C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc. and Supervalu Inc. have urged a Minnesota federal court to throw out multidistrict antitrust litigation brought against them by a group of Midwest wholesale grocery customers, saying their accusers cannot prove they suffered an actual injury from the alleged scheme.
