Developers Sue EPA Over Arizona River Protections

Law360 (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of homebuilders associations has challenged the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' designation of certain stretches of Arizona's Santa Cruz River as Traditional Navigable Waters under the Clean Water Act.
