Trump To Nominate Jones Day Energy Attorney To FERC

Law360, New York (July 14, 2017, 4:31 PM EDT) -- President Donald Trump on Thursday announced his intent to nominate the co-leader of Jones Day’s global energy practice to two terms as a commissioner at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

If confirmed, Kevin J. McIntyre will fill the term expiring in mid-2018 and an additional one ending in mid-2023, according to a statement from the White House.
