Milberg Attorney Joins Canadian Class Action Firm

Law360, New York (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Canadian law firm Sutts Strosberg LLP has scored U.S. antitrust lawyer Andrew Morganti, who left Milberg LLP to establish what he believes will be the first cross-border plaintiffs' antitrust practice.

The new hire, who starts Monday, will formally be titled “consultant” until he passes the Ontario bar, after which he will automatically be made a partner. He leaves behind a substantially larger practice at Milberg for the Canadian boutique firm, where he hopes to bridge the border between plaintiff class actions.
