Merchants Launch Campaign V. Interchange Fees

Law360, New York (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A coalition of U.S. retailers has launched an aggressive grassroots campaign to persuade lawmakers to limit what the group claims are anti-competitive fees fixed by credit card companies that could force thousands of merchants out of business.
