Ex-Herrick IP Group Leader Starts New NYC Boutique

Law360, New York (August 2, 2017, 1:35 PM EDT) -- A former Herrick Feinstein LLP partner has left the firm to start her own law boutique in New York City, turning her skills in intellectual property disputes and transactions toward growing an independent enterprise.

Nancy Mertzel, who previously chaired the intellectual property group at Herrick Feinstein, recently announced that she has launched Mertzel Law PLLC in New York. The group will focus on trademark, copyright and technology litigation as well as transactional matters, including web privacy and software licensing.
