Bill Seeks Recall Of Tainted Drywall From China

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sens. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., and Mary Landrieu, D-La., have proposed legislation that would launch a recall and impose a temporary ban on tainted drywall made in China in response to a growing number of complaints from U.S. residents that the imported drywall installed in their homes emits a sulfur smell and causes electrical problems.
