CVS Faces $5M Class Action Over 'Made In USA'

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- CVS Pharmacy Inc. has been hit with a proposed class action seeking over $5 million for allegedly selling eyeglass repair kits labeled “Made In USA” that were actually made using imported parts.
