Consist Can't Sue Over Trademarks: 2nd Circ.

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has affirmed a lower court’s preliminary injunction forbidding Consist Software Solutions AG from prosecuting specific trademark claims over a soured business agreement with German software maker Software AG Inc. in South American courts.
