Aruba Modifies Defense In WLAN Patent Suit

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Aruba Networks Inc. has modified its defense against a patent suit by two Motorola Inc. units over wireless networking technology, dropping two defenses and arguing that Motorola should be suing the U.S. government, which buys products from Aruba, instead of Aruba itself.
