Golden Hour EMS Patent Unenforceable: Judge

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a boost for emsCharts Inc., a federal judge has ruled that Golden Hour Data Systems Inc. engaged in inequitable conduct before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, rendering unenforceable the company's patent covering software used in emergency medical services.
