Antitrust Suit Against Fragomen Thrown Out

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a raft of antitrust claims filed by immigration firm Emigra Group LLC against its rival Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, suggesting that Emigra might have filed the suit to get access to Fragomen's sensitive business information through discovery.

The ruling sends Emigra's state law trade secrets and unfair competition claims against Fragomen to state court.
