Class Certified In Cruise Workers' Overtime Case

Law360, New York (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a blow to Boston Harbor Cruises Inc., a federal judge has granted class certification to a group of deckhands and galley staff who sued the New England cruise company over unpaid overtime they say they are due under Massachusetts statutes.
