2 Of 3 Claims Ditched In Tire Pressure Patent Suit

Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Numerous major automakers, including General Motors Corp. and Ford Motor Co., that were accused of infringing three patents for tire pressure monitoring systems caught a break after a judge ruled Tuesday that the Michigan patent-holding company that filed the suit does not own two of the patents.
