Law360 (March 31, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Gray market, black market and outright counterfeit goods used to be relegated to fly-by-night swap meets and street vendors working out of mobile carts loaded from back alley stockpiles. Counterfeit drugs, high-end shoes or even bootleg cassettes often required a trip across the border.
