Antitrust Action Over Duke Energy Rebates Bounced

Law360 (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a putative antitrust class action against Duke International Energy Inc., ruling that the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the dispute over the power company's alleged unlawful rebates to large companies such as General Motors Corp.
