Airlines Say Pilot Seniority Ruling Needs 6th Circ. Redo

Law360, New York (August 2, 2017, 5:43 PM EDT) -- Flight Options LLC and Flexjet LLC have asked the full Sixth Circuit to rethink a decision ordering them to use a post-merger pilot’s seniority list drafted by the Teamsters, saying the ruling contradicts requirements that the airlines be included in the process.
