Most Claims Against AmEx In Benefit Plan Suit KO'd

Law360 (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed the majority of claims against a unit of American Express Co. in a class action over an employee defined benefit plan funded by insurance contracts that was deemed an illegal tax shelter, leaving three claims standing.
