9th Circ. Will Hear Arguments For Nixing Kids’ Climate Suit

Law360, New York (July 31, 2017, 3:23 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit said Friday it will accept arguments on a rare request by the federal government to instruct an Oregon federal court to toss a lawsuit brought by young people and activists accusing the U.S. of failing to protect future generations from climate change.
