Pillsbury Adds Pair Of IP Pros To San Francisco Office
Law360, New York (August 2, 2017, 4:58 PM EDT) -- Pillsbury added a veteran trial lawyer and a special counsel in complex litigation focused on intellectual property to its San Francisco office, the firm announced Tuesday.
Both trial lawyer Ken Keller and special counsel Christopher Stretch come to Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from the litigation boutique Keller Sloan Roman LLP, which Keller co-founded in 1998.
Keller focuses on patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, copyright, licensing, breach of contract and unfair competition litigation and advises producers, directors, screenwriters and composers with transactional issues.
