Coal Suit Against HBO's John Oliver ‘Ridiculous,’ ACLU Says

Law360, New York (August 2, 2017, 5:54 PM EDT) -- The ACLU of West Virginia Foundation came to the defense of comedian John Oliver on Tuesday in a defamation suit over his HBO segment blasting coal magnate Bob Murray, calling the case “ridiculous” and an affront to free speech.
