Customers Move To Force Madoff Into Ch. 7

Madoff Investment Securities LLC, who say they hold more than $64 million in claims against the defunct broker-dealer and Madoff himself, filed a motion Wednesday asking a district court judge for a green light to file an involuntary bankruptcy petition against Bernard Madoff personally.
