Murray Energy Says ACLU Doesn't Belong In John Oliver Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2017, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Murray Energy Corp. told a West Virginia federal court Monday to reject the ACLU of West Virginia Foundation’s request to file an amicus brief defending HBO comedian John Oliver against the company’s defamation suit, arguing its “vulgar language” showed it was no friend of the court.
