Navajos Seek Full $17M Judiciary Funding After DC Circ. Win

Law360, New York (August 8, 2017, 4:45 PM EDT) -- The Navajo Nation said Monday it is entitled to the full $17 million it requested for judiciary funding in light of the D.C. Circuit’s conclusion that the request was deemed approved when the U.S. Department of the Interior took too long to respond, blasting the agency’s “baseless” contentions to the contrary.
